A reminder to be thankful

As the Thanks-giving and Christmas holidays approach we are reminded of many things that we have to be thankful for – things we take for granted.
Life in this area of the world is very unique. Our surroundings are beautiful with four seasons and the citizens of this county are talented people.
As you continue planning, take time out to reflect on the many blessings we have enjoyed. Remember where we have been and how we got here. Remember how many days you have viewed the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset. You might want to make a list of all the things you are enjoying in this beautiful place we call home. Your list may include some of the following.

I'm sure you could add many more ways to be thankful.
Now enjoy preparing that delicious meal with others. If you are alone with no groceries, we have Faith Mission on Jackson Ave. in Russellville that offers meals. You are welcome there. Happy Thanksgiving.
