President Phillip Vinson presented last year's president Jerry Bray with a plaque for his dedication to the Phil Campbell Civitan Club. Bray was the first president of the club, which was chartered in 2006.
"I love Civitan, and I love what Civitan brought out in me," Bray said.
In the club's brief existence, it has taken part in several local projects, including providing Christmas for families in need.
"It [helping the families] made my Christmas last year," member Martha Farmer said.
