PC Civitan hits great milestone

By Staff
The Phil Campbell Civitan Club held their induction banquet Monday night. The induction banquet is a time to bring new officers into office. This particular installation ceremony was only the second in the club's history since its inception in late 2006.
Officers of any club are responsible for its direction over the course of their term. Phil Campbell's Civitan leaders have already seen their club make a huge impact on the community.
Last Christmas, the club worked to help four families in need, and all the members agreed that helping their neighbors made last Christmas extra special.
Even though the Phil Campbell club is new, anyone can see how it has changed the community. The work they are doing in Phil Campbell is amazing, and it definitely touches lives both directly and indirectly.
Congratulations to the Phil Campbell Civitan Club for finishing their first year. We hope the club continues to work in their community and grow, because it is obvious that they are truly making a difference.
