Justin Tucker, age 20, of Vina, died October 7, 2007 in Red Bay. He was born September 17, 1987 in Walker County to Michael and Donna Guthrie Tucker. He was an employee of Cashion Thermoplastics for two years.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with Bro. Clint Holcombe and Bro. Josh Palmer officiating. Burial was in the Guthrie Cemetery in Townley, Ala. Pallbearers for the service included Jonathon Ozbirn, Clint Garrison, Josh Inman, Nick McCarthy, Tyler Morrow, Josh Coats and T.J. Fowler.
He is survived by his parents, brother, Bradley Tucker of Vina; sister, Misty Holcombe and husband, Clint, of Vina; nephew, Braiden Holcombe of Vina; grandparents, Jerry and Imogene Tucker of Red Bay and Marie Guthrie of Jasper; great-grandmothers, Lorene Boshell of Jasper, and Juanita Tucker of Cullman; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Rosie White

Rosie Irene White, age 73 of Golden, Miss. died October 8, 2007 at Nancy's Vineyard in Booneville, Miss. after a long illness. She was born Aug. 8, 1934 in Arkansas to Earnest and Dovie Melvina Furlong Farris. She was a homemaker and a born again Christian. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Delbert Leland White, daughter, Mary Anne White, two sisters and three brothers.
Funeral services were held Thursday October 11, 2007 at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with Bro. Gene Cooley officiating. Burial was in the Butler Cemetery in Golden, Miss.
She is survived by sons, Tommy White and wife, Kathy, of Belmont, Miss., and Michael White and wife, Amy, of Tupelo; sisters, Opal Rush of Arkansas, Patsy Parks of Sikeston, Mo. and Dine Washburn of Moreshouse, Mo.; grandchildren, Maranda White, Kayla White, Collin White and Cameron White; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers for the funeral included Tommy White, Michael White, Herman White and Ken Pind.

Audrey Klineline, age 79 formerly of Double Springs, died October 9, 2007 in Kentucky.
Funeral services were held October 13, 2007 at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel in Haleyville with Danny Wayne Page officiating. Burial was in the Antioch Cemetery in Double Springs.
She is survived by sons, Kenneth G. Hamblen and Carl Mikel Hamblen; brother, Ollice Martin; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dora Martin; husband, James Klineline; son, Roger Dale Hamblen sister, Lillian Cagle; half-sisters, Eleanor Cagle and Lillar Sutherland; and half-brothers, Monroe Martin and Wallace Martin.

Kenneth C. Young

Kenneth C. Young, age 79 of Tremont, Miss., died October 10, 2007 at Community Hospice in Verona, Miss. He was born Jan. 14, 1928 in Mississippi to Ellis and Julie Young and was an electrician working in heating and cooling. He was a member of Kennedy Chapel and the Masonic Lodge #482 in Tremont. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services were held October 13, 2007 at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with Bro. Eddie McMillian officiating the service. Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
He is survived by wife, Annie Young of Tremont; son, Larry Young of Tremont; grandsons, Matthew Lee Young of Tremont, and Patrick D. Young of Burnesville, Miss; great-granddaughter, Aydin Starr Young, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers for the service included Merlin Johnson, Mark McMillan, Bruce Terrell, Steven Ashley, Larry Dale Young, and Adam Kostleansky.

Amy Timbes Elledge Keeton, age 85 of Red Bay, died October 12, 2007 at her residence. She was born October 11, 1922 in Red Bay to Charles B. and Connie Timbes Elledge. She was a member of First Baptist Church and was an organist for the church for 50 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Charles B. Elledge Jr. and an infant daughter.
Funeral services were held October 15, 2007 at First Baptist Church in Red Bay with Bro. Larry Hill officiating the service. Burial was in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Herman Keeton of Red Bay; daughters, Connie Popp and husband, Jim, of Auburn, and Nancy Long of Montgomery; grandchildren, Sid Dassinger and Keeton Dassinger, both of Little Rock, Ark.; and Sarah Dassinger and Sage Dassinger, both of Chicago, Ill.
Pallbearers for the service included Jim Popp, Sid Dassinger, Barton Dassinger, and Bobby Long.

Johnnie Chambers

Johnnie Chambers, age 82 of Birmingham, died Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at a Birmingham hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Etoile Chambers of Haleyville, and brother, Maurice Chambers.
Graveside services were held Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Corinth Heights Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. T.B. Stringfellow officiating.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Dot Gilbert Chambers of Birmingham; sons, Michael Johnnie Chambers and wife, Debra, Marlon Gilbert Chambers and wife, Cristi, of Adamsville; daughter, Mtizie Drew of Pelham, and five grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to Forestdale Baptist Church, 1400 Bristband, Birmingham, Ala.

Graveside services were held Monday, October 15, 2007 at Vandiver Hollow Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Amanda Ruth Rogers and Billy Fisher grandparents, Jean Fisher, Mike and Lisa Hester, James and Martha Jackson, Billy and Kathy Hester; great-grandparents, Roy Fisher, William and Evelyn Bolton; great-great grandparents, Lowell and Louise Harris; aunts and uncles, Landon Pierce, Dianna &David Wilbanks, Ricky and Lola Pounders, Patricia and Casto Gomez, April and Victor Simon.
He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Billy Fisher, Sr. and Harold Wayne Rogers.

Lizzie Pauline Wimberly, age 84 of Russellville, died Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Terrace Manor Nursing Home in Russellville. She lived most of her life in Lawrence County, and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Odis Wimberly.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel in Russellville. Burial was in the Macedonia Cemetery.
She is survived by son, Oneal Wimberly of Moulton; brother, J. D. Bailey of Mt. Hope; sister, Dorothy Borden of Hickory Grove Community in Lawrence County; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

John McGee

John William McGee, age 76 of Phil Campbell, died October 14, 2007 at his residence. He was born February 8, 1931 to William H. McGee and Gwendolene Latham. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Korean War. He was self-employed as a carpenter.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 1 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home in Moulton with Bro. James McCullar officiating the service.
She is survived by brothers, Howard McGee, Tommy McGee, and Gene McGee, all of Phil Campbell, and David McGee of Leighton; sisters, Mary Borden of Leighton and Brenda O'Kelley of Phil Campbell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Nephews served as the pallbearers for the service.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James McGee, Billy McGee, Jerry McGee, and Jimmy McGee; and sister, Carolyn Sue McGee.

Roy W. Borden, 76, of Russellville, died Monday, Oct. 15. Visitation will be held today, Oct. 17 at Akins Funeral Home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Oct. 18 at Akins Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Bro. Curtis Taylor and Bro. David Motes officiating.
He was a native of Lawrence County and a former resident of Franklin County.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Dorothy Borden of Moulton; daughter, Selena Mitchell of Mt. Hope; sisters, Elsie (Starlan) Newell of Phil Campbell and Mary Martin of Double Springs; grandchildren, Joshua Wallace of Mt. Hope, Jessica Montgomery of Russellville and Hannah Mitchell of Mt. Hope.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Will and Eva Borden, brothers, Hubert Hopkins and Leonard Hopkins.
Pallbearers will include Wayne Seay, Pete Seay, Jimmy Dale Seay, Jason Bailey and Josh Wallace.
