First Baptist kicking off anniversary celebration

First Baptist Church College Avenue in Russellville will celebrate its 122nd church anniversary on Sunday, October 14.
The guest at 3 p.m. will be Rev. Green Davidson, pastor, and his congregation of St. James Baptist Church, Leighton, Alabama. Theme for the occasion is, "A Church Striving To Walk In The Spirit." A pre-anniversary fellowship breakfast will be held on Saturday, October 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the church fellowship hall.
