"It is with great pleasure that we welcome David to the Bank's Directorate," Board Chairman Billy Bolton said. "David has done an outstanding job on our advisory board over a period of years, and we look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with him. No doubt he will represent the Russellville area on our board in an outstanding manner and will be able to enhance our board's decision capabilities in all matters coming before our directorate."
Grissom added that he was grateful for the opportunity.
"I would like to thank Mr. Bolton and the Board of Directors of Community Spirit Bank for the confidence they have placed in me," he said. "I look forward to serving the Bank in this new capacity and would like to invite all of my friends, family and business associates to visit any Community Spirit office and make Community Spirit Bank your bank."
