A four-year-old Russellville girl recently snagged a divisional beauty title, and will move on the state competition held in Birmingham.
Haylee Hamilton was crowned first place in her division at the Alabama Cover Miss and Cover Boy pageant in Decatur last Saturday.
Haylee was also named prettiest eyes in the competition. She will attend the State Semi-finals to be held April. The winner of the state competition will move onto the Nationals held in Orlando, Fla.
Haylee is the daughter of Jennifer Hamilton, the granddaughter of Deborah Hamilton and Bill Hugh Hamilton and the great-granddaughter of Merlyn Hamilton, all of Russellville.
Haylee is currently searching for sponsors for the state competition, and is also busy fundraising for the event.
The family is busy selling tickets at $2 each for a $50 cash prize to help fund pageant expenses.
