PLAYOFFS CONTINUE
The second round of the state high school football playoffs gets underway this evening. The Red Bay Tigers will host Randolph County and Russellville will play host to the Parker Thundering Herd. Both games will kick off at 7 p.m.
LOOK WHAT IVAN FOUND
Workers in Castleberry, Ala., who were cleaning up after Hurricane Ivan discovered a round object while removing a six-foot oak tree. An archaeologist from the University of South Alabama believes the round object is a cannonball dating back to the Civil War.
