Wright, Lowenstein

Naval Air Station Chapel, Meridian, was the setting for the 2 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 2004, of Monica Anne Lowenstein of Meridian and James Leo Wright II of Lebanon, New Hampshire. The Rev. Father William Neis conducted the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Rose Lovell of Meridian and the late William Lowenstein of California, and Kathy Wright of New Hampshire and James L. Wright of Florida.
Nuptial music was provided by Jennifer Sanborn of Noxapater.
Escorted by her nephew, Matthew Kyle Daugherty and given in marriage by her mother and nephew, the bride wore a two-piece gown. The white x-halter top was adorned with sequins on the front and open in the back. The bottom of the dress was an A-line skirt of white shimmery satin.
The bride carried a bouquet of white roses accented with greenery and baby blue, lilace and mint green ribbons.
Matron of honor was the bride's twin sister, Jennifer Brumley of Savannah, Ga.
Bridesmaids were Mary Daugherty, sister of the bride, and Brianna Wright of Charleston, S.C., sister of the bridegroom.
Flower girl was Mackenzie Britt of Meridian.
Garret Fletchall of Meridian was best man. Groomsmen were Jared Castro and Zhi "Ray" Chen, both of Meridian. Ushers were Daniel L. Daugherty Jr., brother-in-law of the bride, and Daniel L. Daughtery III, nephew of the bride.
Brett "Lane" Brumley of Savannah, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.
Registry attendant was Blakely Manning.
A reception was held at the base's CBQ Ballroom following the ceremony. Servers were ashley and Brittany Daugherty, nieces of the bride, Dina Mitchell and Janet Jiminez.
After a honeymoon in Oahu, Hawaii, the couple will be stationed at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. The bridegroom is a search and rescue corpsman in the United States Navy, stationed with the Third MAR DIV DET.
The bride is employed with Preferred Healthcare Travel Co. as a registered nurse.
On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner hosted by the bridegroom's mother was held at the CBQ.
