Maternal grandparents are Otis and Brenda Gough Jr.
Mrs. Pickard is the former Kellie Gough.
David and Becky Harrell of Union announce the birth of a son, Benjamin Jacob, born July 27, 2004, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Faye Harrell of Cairo, Ga.
Maternal grandparents are Jack and Karen High of Union.
Mrs. Harrell is the former Becky High.
