Stewart, Monts

Mike and Sonya Stewart of Middleburg, Fla., and Darlene and Andy Gay of Lake announce the engagement of their daughter, Tanya Renee Stewart, to Michael C. Monts, son of B.J. and Larry Monts of Jacksonville, Fla.
The wedding is Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Spring Park in Green Cove Springs, Fla.
Ms. Stewart is the granddaughter of Elizabeth Slayton of Stonewall, Patsy Stewart of Enterprise and the late James Stewart and James and Dot Slayton of Meridian and David and Daisy Shaffer of Kissemee, Fla.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Orange Park High School and received a degree from Word of Life Bible College in New York.
Ms. Stewart is employed by Lucas Honda of Jacksonville, Fla.
Mr. Monts is the grandson of Riley and Helen Monts of Newberry, S.C., and J.C. and Louise Dawson of Douglas, Ga.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Ed White High School and received a degree from Florida Community College.
Mr. Monts is employed by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Department.
A reception will be held at the Clay County Shrine Club.
Formal invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests only.
