Thomas, Norton

Gary and Sharon Thomas of Philadelphia announce the engagement of their daughter, Eugenia Gail "Gina," to Billy John "BJ" Norton, son of Johnny and Dianne Norton of Union.
The wedding will be Saturday, July 17, 2004, at 3 p.m. at Mt. Zion Methodist Church on Highway 15 in Union.
Miss Thomas is the granddaughter of Oren and Bobbie Hardy of Philadelphia ,and the late Ruth Thomas and James C. Thomas of Collinsville.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Union High School and received a degree in nursing in 2003 from Meridian Community College. She is a nurse in the Woman Care Birthplace at Riley Hospital.
Mr. Norton is the grandson of Joyce Moore of Union and the late Billy Earl Rush, and Jerri Norton of Union and the late James Leland Norton.
The bridegroom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Union High School and will be attending Meridian Community College in the fall pursuing a degree in physical therapy.
A reception will be held at the Union Community Center following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
