Rainer, Miley

Mr. and Mrs. George Terry Rainer of Union announce the engagement of their daughter, Sallye Ann, to Brent Lee Miley, son of Bragston L. and Kathy C. Miley of Union.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 19, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. at County Line Baptist Church in Union.
Miss Rainer is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Durward B. Rainer of Union, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Smith.
The bride-elect is a 2001 honor graduate of Union High School and an honor graduate of Meridian Community College where she received a degree in nursing.
While at MCC, she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Organization of Student Nurses and MOSA. She was the recipient of the Dr. William J. Anderson III Scholarship, listed on the Dean's List and recognized in Who's Who Among American Junior Colleges.
Miss Rainer is employed by St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., and is working toward a bachelor's degree in nursing.
Mr. Miley is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Euriel Cannon and Katherine Miley Jenkins, all of Union, and the late Emmett L. Miley.
The bridegroom-elect is a 1995 honor graduate of Union High School. He attended Meridian Community College, the University of Southern Mississippi and the Alabama Fire College where he was certified as an emergency medical technician and paramedic.
Mr. Miley is employed by Matrix Service/ FedEx in Memphis as a safety manager.
An outdoor reception will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Townsend following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
