Pankiewicz, Waelde

Mr. and Mrs. David Pankiewicz of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Christine, to Scott Carl Waelde, son of Gail Crochet of Bay St. Louis and Carl Waelde of Cordova, Tenn.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 12, 2004, at 6 p.m. at First Christian Church.
Miss Pankiewicz is the granddaughter of Evelyn Moore of Eagle Rock, Mo., and the late Kenneth Moore, Lucille Pankiewicz of Newton and the late Charles Pankiewicz.
The bride-elect received a bachelor's of business administration in finance from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Miss Pankiewicz is a loan officer in Jackson for United Financial Mortgage Corporation.
Mr. Waelde is the grandson of Edine Ortego of Kenner, La., and the late Milburn Ortego, and Joan Waelde and the late Elton Waelde.
The bridegroom-elect is attending the University of Southern Mississippi and will graduate in a year with a degree in architectural engineering.
A reception will be held at Briarwood County Club following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
