Harper, Godwin

Gerald and Judy Harper of Clarkdale announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Rochelle, to William Corey Godwin, son of Kenneth Godwin and Teresa Godwin of Snell.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 12, 2004, at 1 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church.
Miss Harper is the granddaughter of Cletis McCarra of Quitman and the late Mylissie K. McCarra Joyner, Annie Ruth Harper and the late Douglas Harper of Enterprise.
The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Clarkdale Attendance Center and received a bachelor's degree in accounting at Mississippi State University.
Miss Harper is employed by Harper's Hospice in Meridian.
Mr. Godwin is the grandson of the late William Harvey "Preacher" Godwin and Velma Godwin of Snell, and Warnie and Doris Hopkins of Quitman.
The bridegroom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Clarkdale and is employed by East Mississippi Electric Power Association in Quitman.
A reception will be held in the church family life center following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
