Cooper, Miles

Dr. Stephanie Miles and Lonny Cooper, both of Hastings, Neb., were married Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004, at Hastings City Auditorium with the Rev. Lynn Childers officiating.
Parents of the couple are Danny and Debbie Miles of Meridian, and Larry and Virginia Cooper of Polk, Neb.
Grandparents of the bride are Gloria Hawkins and the late D.D. Hawkins, James and Flora Mae Miles, all of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Deverle and Dorothy Cooper of Central City, Neb., and the late Willis and Marjorie Ravenscroft of Nenzel, Neb.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Katie Reynolds, vocalist and pianist; Jim Sanderson, guitarist and vocalist; Jacky Carnahan, Kittie Grace and Caroline DeVries, flautists.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a straight strapless dress with sequins and pearls covering the bodice. Pearls accented the hemline and train. Her tiara held a veil accented with silk piping.
Danielle Miles of Meridian, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.
Other attendants were Stephanie Belk of Meridian, Jacky Carnahan of Hastings and Bonni Black of Omaha, Neb.
Reilley Black of Omaha served as flower girl.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Jason Durocher and Bobby VanKirk, both of Hastings, Dan Farrell of Wheaton, Ill., Eric Peterson of Baltimore, Md., Weston Cooper of Central City and Casey Cooper of Wichita, Kan.
Nolan Black of Omaha was ring bearer.
Program attendants were Catie Cooper and Rachel Cooper.
A dinner reception was held at The Hastings City Auditorium following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Shelley Smith and Leah VanKirk.
After a honeymoon in Kauai, Hawaii, the couple resides in Hastings.
