Wilson, Rivers

Barbara Wilson and Bill Rivers announce their engagement.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003, at 2 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Meridian.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Robert Alan Wilson of Winona and the late Bernadette Wilson. The bridegroom-elect is the son of the late Fannie Louisa Rivers and the late Willie Brant Rivers of Kilmichael.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Winona High School and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. She earned a master's degree from Mississippi State University.
Ms. Wilson recently retired from the Meridian Public School System.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Kilmichael High School and attended Holmes Junior College and Mississippi State University.
Mr. Rivers is employed by Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic systems specialist.
A reception will be held at St. Patrick's Parrish Center following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
