Robinson, Martin

Jennifer Lynn Martin of Quitman and Richard Lee Robinson of Stonewall were married Saturday, Sept. 27, 2003, at First Baptist Church in Stonewall with the Rev. Mike Powell officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Martin of Quitman, and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Robinson of Stonewall.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Ray Jackson, all of Stonewall, and the late Bobby Martin. Great-grandparents of the bride are Sadie Bell Johnson of Quitman and the late Earl Johnson.
The bridegroom is the grandson of Beatrice Milstead of Stonewall and the late Roy Milstead, and the late Talmalmage and Inez Robinson.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Susan Bonner, vocalist; and Jenny Gullick, pianist.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. She wore a white designer gown of matte satin. The off-the-shoulder bodice was accented with an illusion sweetheart neckline. The gown swept into an A-line with hand beaded Venise lace covering the bodice. The train was grand cathedral-length with Venise lace trailing the complete length and along the hemline. She wore a white elbow-length mantilla veil with lace trim. She carried a bouquet of white lilies, roses, daisies and an assortment of white filler flowers.
Anna Wright of Meridian was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Martin and Stacey Martin of Quitman, sisters of the bride, Mona Jackson of Stonewall, sister of the bridegroom, and Kristian Moore of Enterprise, cousin of the bride. Emily Martin of Quitman, cousin of the bride, was junior bridesmaid.
Savannah Jackson, niece of the bridegroom, served as flower girl.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Steve Jackson of Stonewall, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Michael Smith of Quitman, Tony Chancelor of Stonewall, Dan Moorehouse of Franklin, Tenn., Don Moore of Enterprise, cousin of the bride, Anthony Chancelor of Stonewall, Bobby Ray Morland of Stonewall and Jared Wright of Meridian. Junior groomsman was Blake McNeill of Enterprise, cousin of the bride.
Brandon Chancelor of Stonewall, cousin of the bride, served as ring bearer.
Rice bag attendants were Keelie Brooke Chancelor and Dustin Chancelor of Stonewall, and Sophie Morehouse of Franklin, Tenn., cousin of the bridegroom.
Greeting guests were Ernie and Peggy Hill of Quitman. Program attendants were Ryan Smith of Quitman and Ryan Moore of Enterprise. Guest registry was Leigh Ann Martin of Enterprise, cousin of the bridegroom.
A reception was held at the church following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Kristi Murray, Renee Jones, Laurie Buress, Brandi Jones, Leslie Bonner, Melissa Taylor, Mary Jo Gunn, Merry Beth Chandler, Sheila Smith, Dianne McNeill, Debbie Johnson, Polly Jackson, Evelyn Martin, Ruth Combest and Patty Combest.
After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Stonewall.
