Community Day planned at Bonita Lakes Mall

MERIDIAN Bonita Lakes Mall will include area school groups as part of its upcoming Community Day set for Sept. 27.
Community and nonprofit organizations also will be able to participate.
The semi-annual event lets organizations set up displays throughout the mall from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to provide free information on services each one provides to the community.
Groups also are allowed to do fund-raising during Community Day.
This is the first year school groups have been invited to participate in Community Day activities. White said the groups can distribute upcoming football schedules and other information; he said they also can conduct fund-raisers
For more information on Community Day, including an application, call 693-3433. Bonita Lakes Mall is owned and managed by CBL &Associates Properties Inc. in Chattanooga.
