Guy, Bailey

Mr. and Mrs. William Guy of Laurel announce the engagement of their daughter, Kacey Amanda, to Robert Thomas "Bo" Bailey, son of Judge and Mrs. Robert W. Bailey of Meridian.
The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 2, 2003, at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Laurel.
Miss Guy is the granddaughter of Mrs. Ray Pierce and the late Ray Pierce, and the late Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Guy, all of Laurel.
The bride-elect is a graduate of R.H. Watkins High School and received a bachelor's degree in political science from Princeton University.
While attending Princeton, she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, the University Cottage Club and was a varsity cheerleader.
Miss Guy was employed by former Congressman Ronnie Shows until December 2002. She will enter the University of Mississippi School of Law in fall.
Mr. Bailey is the grandson of Mrs. Thomas E. "Shorty" McWilliams and the late Mr. McWilliams, and the late Mr. and Mrs. R.P. Bailey Jr.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Mississippi.
While attending Ole Miss, he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity and in the Chancellor's Leadership Class.
Mr. Bailey is employed by The White House Travel Office and will enter the University of Mississippi School of Law in the fall.
A reception will be held at the Ramada Inn of Laurel.
