BUTLER, Ala. Graveside services for Cathy James Reid will be held today at 10 a.m. at Ebenezer Cemetery in Pennington. Bumpers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Reid, 51, of Butler, died at her home.
Survivors include her mother, Mary E. "Sissy" James of Meridian, Miss.; a brother, Bobby James of Butler; five sisters, Jo Wright and Ann Tarver, both of Emelle, Glenise Singler and Betty Fuller, both of Meridian and Mona Garrick of Chatom.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Ruby Belle McIntosh will be held today at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery in the Burnside community of Neshoba County.
Mrs. McIntosh, 94, of Philadelphia, died Friday, June 27, 2003, at Neshoba County General Hospital in Philadelphia.
Survivors include a daughter, Nellie M. Jones of Philadelphia; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Ellen Ramsey and Betty Jean House, both of Greenville and Margaret Ann Oswalt of Grenada; and a brother, Charlie Jones of Kosciusko.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry McIntosh.

NEWTON Services for Ora Doss will be held today at 4 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home, Newton Chapel, with the Rev. Clifton Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Sharon Cemetery in Lake.
Mrs. Doss, 92, of Newton, died Saturday, June 28, 2003, at Newton Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Newton.
Survivors include her children, Maxine Parden and her husband, Dr. Alton Parden, of Mobile, Ala., Carmie Doss and his wife, Janie, Robert Doss, and Bryan Doss, all of Newton, and Oddis Doss and his wife, Wanda, of Daleville; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two brothers, Corbert Hollingsworth and his wife, Ruth, and Clifton Hollingsworth, all of Newton; a sister, Eula B. Roberts of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hollis Doss; two sons, Joe Clinton Doss and John Lee Doss; and a daughter, Pauline Strickland.
Visitation will be today from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services for Ellis Carney Sr. will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Mosley officiating. Burial will be in Stonewall Cemetery.
Mr. Carney, 80, of Stonewall, died Friday, June 27, 2003, at his home. He was a forklift operator, a logger and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include two sons, Rufus Clarence Carney and his wife, Linda, of Stonewall and Ellis Carney Jr., of Causeyville; two daughters, Loretta Ann Carter of Causeyville and Shirley Cochran of Enterprise; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Graveside services for Arline V. Myers will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Daniel L. Chisolm officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Myers, 80, of Meridian, died Wednesday, June 25, 2003, in Meridian.
Survivors include her niece Barbara Kron and her husband, Benjamin; several cousins; and many friends at Central Baptist Church, Poplar Springs Baptist Church, Central United Methodist Church and at Colonial Apartments.
Memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church.
Visitation will be today from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Marvin H. Thomas will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roger Carlisle officiating. Burial will be in Rush Cemetery in DeKalb.
Mr. Thomas, 60, of DeKalb, died Saturday, June 28, 2003, at his home. He was a National Guard veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Eunice Thomas of DeKalb; three children, Susan Kebler and her husband, Kelly, of Tucson, Ariz., Bonnie Moore of Stonewall and Bobby Champion of Warner Robins, Ga.; five grandchildren, Ashley Pierce, Angie Smith, Nikki Hopkins, Matthew Champion and Rachel Albritton; several great-grandchildren; his mother, Ardell Thomas of DeKalb; two brothers, Eugene Thomas and his wife, Jane, of Shuqualak, and Kenneth Thomas and his wife, Rose, of DeKalb; a sister, Sue Read and her husband, Jerry, of DeKalb; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, George H. Thomas; and a brother, George Leo Thomas.
Pallbearers will be Jim Henderson, Ken Wallace, Randy Easterling, Joe Grisham, Clay Smith and Anthony Hopkins.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Johnson, 81, of Nanafalia, died Friday, June 27, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include two daughters, Nana Karen Mayton and her husband, Haywood, of Demopolis and Pamela Adams and her husband, T.C., of Butler; a son, Thomas S. Johnson Jr., and his wife, Debbie, of Blue Springs, Mo.; a sister, Helen Ellard of Bessemer; two brothers, Paul McCain of Silas and Marvin McCain of Lexington, Tenn.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
