Tadlock, Horton

Jennifer Nicole Horton of Decatur and George Nathaniel Tadlock of Lake were married Saturday, Jan. 18, 2003, at Clarke Venable Baptist Church with the Rev. Stan Buckley officiating.
Parents of the couple are Blane and Susan Horton of Decatur, and George and Joan Tadlock of Lake.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Ray Reeves, and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Horton.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Charlotte May and the late Rev. Orman May, and Paul Tadlock and the late Viva Tadlock.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Amanda Skinner and Laura McMillan, vocalists; Charlotte Smith, pianist; and Dr. Eddie Smith, organist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white satin strapless gown accented with hand beaded trim across the bodice that flowed down the back of the dress onto the chapel-length train. Her veil was a two tier, waterfall elbow-length edged with ribbon. Her bouquet of Stargazer lilies was accented with red and pink roses.
Matron of honor was Kristi Brown of Decatur. Other attendants were Carmen Germany of Tupelo, Stacy Smith of Little Rock, Amanda Cleveland of Union and Natasha Clark of Chunky.
Kailee Brown of Decatur was flower girl.
Neal Tadlock of Lake was best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Tony Clanton of Lawrence, Brit Cleveland of Union, Luke Horton and Camp Keith, both of Decatur, and Neil Hansford of Tupelo.
Rice bag attendants were Katie Reeves and registry attendant was Mae Thornton.
Program attendants were Charles Thorne and candle lighters were Nolan Thorne and Tanner Clanton.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
Assisting at the reception were Jenna Tune, Jamanda Huber, Ashley McDill, Bethany Wood, Kristy Horton, Laura Wilson, Beth Tadlock, Beth Reeves, Carole Germany, Burma Weidler and Virginia Harrison.
After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Hazlehurst.
