Larry and Daisy Frazier of Collinsville announce the engagement of their daughter, April, to Robert Wallis, son of Bob and Martha Wallis of Columbus.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 21, 2003, at 10 a.m. at Collinsville First Church of God.
Miss Frazier is the granddaughter of Mary Evelyn Stephens of Collinsville and the late R.L. Stephens, and Ola Mae Frazier of Bailey and the late Alfred Frazier.
The bride-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School and received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University.
While attending MSU, she was a member of Alpha Theta Chi.
Miss Frazier is employed by Mr. Discount No. 4 in Collinsville.
Mr. Wallis is the grandson of Oma Lee Pierce of Columbus and the late Charles Pierce, and Lamar and Margot Wallis of Dover, Tenn.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Cherokee High School and received a bachelor's degree in geosciences from Mississippi State University.
While attending MSU, he was a member of the Bulldog M-Club and the football team.
A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
