Where in the world is Kosrae?

Most people haven't even heard of the tiny island of Kosrae in the North Pacific Ocean but that's where Newton County native Danny Clearman lives.
Clearman, a longtime attorney, decided he needed a change. When he saw a job listing on the Internet for assistant attorney general of Kosrae, he couldn't resist.
The island is part of the Federated States of Micronesia, a U.S. territory about 2,000 miles southwest of Hawaii.
To his surprise, Clearman got the job. In August, he and one of his daughters moved to the island which is smaller than the city of Meridian. His wife and other daughter will join him next week.
In an interview in Sunday's "Connections" section, Clearman talks about what it's like living and working in a tropical paradise where nobody wears a tie and "on time" is a relative concept.
