Purvis, Lewis

Mr. and Mrs. Gerry Purvis of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn, to Lloyd Patrick Lewis, son of Mr. and Mrs. William "Buddy" Lewis of Vicksburg.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 31, 2003, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Meridian.
Miss Purvis is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Purvis, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell James, all of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Lamar High School and received a degree in public relations from the University of Alabama.
Miss Purvis is in outside sales for Purvis Business Machines of Meridian.
Mr. Lewis is the grandson of Janie Lewis Hillhouse of Florence and the late Lloyd E. Lewis, and Hazel Patrick of Hattiesburg and the late Paul J. Patrick.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of McComb High School. He major in insurance at the University of Mississippi.
Mr. Lewis is an insurance agent for Farm Bureau of Meridian.
A reception will be at Northwood Country Club following the ceremony.
