Dunn, Mauldin

Sarah Virginia Mauldin of Columbus and Brandon Reed Dunn of Meridian were married Saturday, July 27, 2002, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Columbus, with the Revs. Robert Wood and Murray Bullock officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. James Carroll Mauldin of Columbus, and Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Lamar Dunn of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Cooper Vaughan, Josephine Sudduth Mauldin of Columbus and the late Joseph Clayton Mauldin.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Obie Eddins Sr., Hattie Britton Dunn of Waynesboro and the late William Lamar Dunn.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Dr. Eric Daffron, organist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless white silk duchess satin dress with contrast platinum detailing with a modified A-line skirt that fell into a chapel-length train. Her tiered full-length silk illusion veil was edged with satin trim.
Jane Carroll Mauldin of Nashville, Tenn., sister of the bride, served as maid of honor.
Other attendants were Jennifer Simpson Abdo of Gulf Breeze, Fla., Courtney Winston Denton of Jackson, Bethany Henry Harris of Birmingham, Ala., Christine Tosh Rayburn of Tupelo, Merritt Mendoza Reichle of Hernando, Amy Lowe Sharp of Columbus, Catherine Jackson Stooksberry of Nashville and Carolyn Gwendolyn Yates of Alexandria, Va.
Caroline Breland Starr of Columbus was program attendant.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen were Charles Decatur Alderman Jr. of Meridian, Denson Harrell Alexander of Baton Rouge, La., Matthew Clark Dunn of Jackson, brother of the bridegroom, Bain Alexander Foote of Monroe, La., William Niles Lovelady III of Birmingham, Joseph Clayton Mauldin II of Columbus, brother of the bride, Robert Breckinridge Moffett of Decatur, Ga., Wilford Albert Payne III of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Joshua Keith Randolph of New York, N.Y., Jason Randle Voyles of New York, N.Y., and Michael Andrew Van Veckhoven of Meridian.
Crucifer was James Randolph Kirkley of Columbus.
A reception was held in the home of Mrs. Jim Kirkley following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in St. Martin, French West Indies, the couple resides in Meridian.
