Beals, Ruffin

Camilla Darlesa Ruffin and Tobias J. Beals, both of Chicago, were married Saturday, Sept. 28, 2002, at Morning Star Baptist Church in Cuba, Ala., with the Rev. Willie Wilson officiating.
Parents of the couple are Dorothy Ruffin of Cuba, Ala., and the late Joe N. Ruffin and Emanuel and Denise Beals of Waukegan, Ill.
Grandparents of the bride are Roosevelt Cook and Mary Cook of Laurel.
Grandparent of the bridegroom is Louise Foster of Birmingham, Ala.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Autrey Delaine.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Joe D. Ruffin. Matron of honor was Angela Ruffin-Williams of Huntsville, Ala. Maid of honor was Lakeisha Hill of Gainesville, Fla.
Bridesmaids were Ebony Capers Bernard of Orlando, Fla., Tiffany Beals of Waukegan, Tiffany Gill of Gurnee, Ill, Angelia Ray and Latoria Ruffin of York, Ala., and Nicole Stokes of Mobile, Ala.
Darryl Packard of Waukegan served as best man. Groomsmen were Reggie Bolin, Jason Black, Andre Negron of Waukegan, Ricky Ruffin of Mobile, Eric Ruffin of Cuba and Walter Williams of Huntsville.
Flower girls were Arlishia Cook and Iyanna Negron. Ring bearer was Eric Ruffin Jr. and the Bible carrier was Jalen Williams. Ushers were Kyle and Terry Cook.
A reception was held at Union Station in Meridian following the ceremony.
The bride is an alumna of Sumter County High School in York, Ala., and Alabama A&M University in Huntsville. The bridegroom is a graduate of Waukegan High School in Waukegan and Alabama A&M University. They both now attend Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
The bride is employed by Abbott Laboratories Inc. in Lake Forest, Ill., as a hospital representative and the bridegroom is employed by TAP Pharmaceuticals in Lake Forest as a sample analyst. They reside in Gurnee, Ill.
