Percey McLemore Jr.

Services for Percey "Sonny" McLemore Jr. will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jessie Long officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. McLemore, 73, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He worked for more than 44 years at Mississippi Beverage Company as general manager. His gentle smile, kindness and love touched many lives. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his aunt, Ethel McRae of Gulfport; an uncle, Wilsford Haag of Meridian; several cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Sheilah McLemore; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Percy McLemore Sr.; and his devoted companion of 24 years, Inez G. Beddingfield.
Pallbearers will be Bill Gordon, George Ramia, Tommy Tate, Wayne Gordon, Joe Davis and Wally Hudnall.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

QUITMAN Services for Christopher Greg Harper will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Energy Church with the Revs. Leland Goodman and Mike Soesbe officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Harper, 21, of Meridian, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2002, in Meridian.
Survivors include his parents, Jerry and Jennifer Ivey, and Greg Harper, and a sister, Lori Harper, all of Meridian; a brother, Jay Ivey and his wife, Paula, of Quitman; his grandparents, John Preston and Jewell Dearman, and Everett and Gayle Webster, all of Meridian; his fiance, Rachel Rowe of Meridian; a special aunt and uncle, Jeffrey and Cindy Dearman of Meridian; uncles, Kevin Harper and Steve Harper, both of Meridian; two great-uncles and several cousins.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Robinson, Barry Goodman, Leslie Hedgwood, Tim Neal, Jeremy Dearman and Kevin Hicks.
Honorary pallbearers will be Derrick Robinson, Daniel Gunter and Steven Johnson.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church.

Memorial services for Michael "Mike" A. Hamm will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at The Episcopal Church of the Mediator with the Revs. Mike Dobrosky and Ann Whitaker officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hamm, 57, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was born March 6, 1945, to Edna and Bob Hamm. He was retired from Delco Remy America and General Motors.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Hamm of Meridian; a daughter, Jodi Michelle Hamm of Austin, Texas; a son, Jonathan Michael Hamm and his wife, Chris Holland, of Meridian; his father, Paul Robert "Bob" Hamm of Alexandria, Ind.; a sister, Julie Fetters and her husband, Brad, of Okeechobie, Fla.; his mother-in-law, Marguerite Bass; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Becky and John Dugger; a grandson, William "Will" Michael Hamm of Meridian; two nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Mroz Hamm; a brother, Daniel Hamm; his grandparents, Julia and Frank Mroz and Marguerite Hamm.
The family requests memorials be made to The Church of the Mediator or a favorite charity.
Visitation will be Thursday 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the church.
John R. Bounds
Services for John R. Bounds will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Bounds, 83, of Macon, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.

DEKALB Services for Johnnie C. Adams will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Brown Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Bennie Hopkins officiating. Burial will be in Rush Cemetery with E.E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Adams, 51, of DeKalb, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2002, at Riley Hospital in Meridian.
Survivors include his mother, Annie L. Adams, a son, Johnny L. Brim, two daughters, Crystal Sha and Erica Nicole Brim, all of DeKalb; two brothers, Eddie Adams of DeKalb and Willie Boyd of Morning Star, Ala.; four sisters, Rosie Adams, Jeanette Adams, Ennie Hudson and her husband, Wendell, and Lillie Hampton and her husband, Glenn, all of DeKalb; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister.
Visitation will be Thursday 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home and Friday one hour prior to the service at the church.
