Amy Tuck slates Meridian visit

Lt. Gov. Amy Tuck has confirmed that she will keynote the East Mississippi Business Development Corporation's monthly Business Before Hours breakfast on Tuesday in Meridian.
The session is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. in the Kahlmus Auditorium at Mississippi State University-Meridian Campus. Tuck is expected to speak on economic development topics to a diverse audience of local business interests.
Tuck made political headlines on Monday when she announced she will seek reelection to the lieutenant governor's office as a Republican. She was elected in 1999 as a Democrat.
