Attorney general schedules appearance

State Attorney General Mike Moore will be the featured speaker at the state Sheriffs Association winter conference, to be held in Meridian.
Moore will speak on Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. at the Howard Johnson, located at 110 U.S. 11 and 80.
Moore said Tuesday that he will seek new members for the Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring organization, based in Philadelphia, Pa. He serves on the organization's national board of directors.
