PHILADELPHIA Services for Junior Stephens will be held today at 2 p.m. at John E. Stephens Chapel with the Rev. John Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Stephens, 71, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, in his home.
Survivors include his daughter, Betty Lou Bowen; son, John E. Stephens; a sister, Helen Young; and a brother, Claudie Stephens, all of Philadelphia; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Tiny Stephens; and a son, Tim Stephens.
WILLIE JOHNSON

Services for Willie Johnson will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at God of Christ Church in Philadelphia with the Rev. Bozeman officiating. Burial will be in Donald Rest Cemetery in Philadelphia. James L. Osby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Johnson, 66, of Philadelphia, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002.
Survivors include his daughter, Pearlene Johnson of Philadelphia; a son, Willie Clyde Johnson of Louisville; two sisters, Elender Chapman of Philadelphia and Shirley Grace Miller of Carthage; brothers, L.V. Johnson of Philadelphia, Tommie Johnson and Joe Wayne Johnson, both of Milwaukee.
FLOYD J. WILLIAMS

Services for Floyd J. "Sonnie" Williams will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Berry &Gardner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Williams, 54, of Meridian, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, at Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa, Calif.
Survivors include his wife, Louise; two stepchildren; four sisters, Jessie Gordon and Johnnie Taylor and her husband, Elijah, all of Meridian, Emma Brown and her husband, Sylvester, of Suisun, Calif., and Linda A. Hosley, of San Diego; and a brother, Willie Williams and his wife, Marilyn, of Meridian.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held today from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
LIFFIE LOUISE HARRIS

Graveside services for Liffie Louise Harris will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Union City Cemetery with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Harris, 87, of West Bloomfield, Mich., died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, at Regent Street Assistant Living Center in West Bloomfield.
Survivors include her sister, Julia Harris of Dearborn Heights, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richmond Berry and Ollie Seletia Harris.
ELIZABETH A. MCGLOTHLIN
McGlothlin's Frame Shop
Services for Elizabeth A. McGlothlin will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jimmy Harrison, Patsy Twiner, Vicki Landrum and Tommy Gilbert officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery in Jackson at 2 p.m. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. McGlothlin, 79, of Meridian, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, in Meridian. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Husband of Biloxi; two sons, Darden McGlothlin and his wife, Pat, of Dallas, and Brent McGlothlin and his wife, Jody, of Kennesaw, Ga.; six grandchildren, Leslie Husband, Danny Husband, Stephanie Husband, Ryan McGlothlin, Kyle McGlothlin and Amanda McGlothlin; three great-grandchildren, Stephen, Shea and Cai Husband; and a sister, Evelyn Fowler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph McGlothlin; and two sons, Joe and Tommy McGlothlin.
Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

QUITMAN Services for Vermell S. Downs will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Taylor Wallace and Richard Cothern officiating. Burial will be in Union Baptist Cemetery in Clarke County.
Mrs. Downs, 92, of Quitman, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at H.C. Watkins Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her daughters, Pauline Heathcock and Nina Dyess, both of Enterprise, Mary Milstead of Stonewall, Joann Mack and Joyce Agent, both of Meridian, and Hannah Wilder of Lincoln, Neb.; three sons, Jerry Downs of Quitman, Jimmy Downs of Meridian, and Sammy Downs of Hickory; 23 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey D. Downs; and sons, Richard and Larry Downs.
Pallbearers will be Steve Dyess, Scott Agent, Myran Wilder, Eddie Ward, Mike Downs, Richard Agent, Terry Ward, Timmy Heathcock and Dewayne Dyess.
Visitation will be Sunday beginning at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
MARLENE RUTH BARRY

Graveside services for Marlene Ruth Barry will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Brown officiating. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Barry, 69, of Meridian, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Visitation will be Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
VALERIE ANN MCMULLAN
NEWTON Services for Valerie Ann McMullan were held Friday at 2 p.m. at James F. Webb Chapel with the Revs. Ben Peterman and Roger Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. McMullan, 38, of Lake, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, at Newton Regional Hospital. She was born in Newton County and was a surgical technical nurse. She was a student at East Central Community College and a member of Newton Christian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Samantha Joyce McMullan of Lake; three sons, Clinton Lloyd McMullan of Flowood, William Charles McMullan of Enterprise and Clifton Brandon McMullan of Lake; her mother, Joyce McGrew of Lake; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy White of Newton; the father of her children, Clifton McMullan of Forest; two sisters, Cindy Wilson of Pearl and Wendy Tillman of Homewood; a brother, Steve McGrew of Lake; and two grandchildren, Alicia McMullan of Enterprise and Madison Clark of Lake.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles McGrew; her maternal grandmother, Mary Jane Gibbs; and her paternal grandfather, Clinton McGrew.
Pallbearers were Charles Kelly, Dustin Addy, Danny Thompson, Tim Lewis, James McMullan and Justin Wilson.
