Mr. and Mrs. James Garrison of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Lesley, to Kevin Kinney, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kinney of South St. Paul, Minn.
An October wedding is planned at the Episcopal Church of the Mediator in Meridian.
Miss Garrison is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Hoertz of Conyers, Ga.
The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a bachelor's degree in communication.
Mr. Kinney is the grandson of Jennie Hensing of Vinton, Iowa.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Rose Holeman Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Miss Garrison and Mr. Kinney are both employed by Hood Packaging Corporation in Madison.
