TRACY L. DANIEL
Meridian Public School employee
Services for Tracy L. Daniel will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mount Olive Baptist Church on 49th Avenue with the Rev. Zachary Operton officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Daniel, 27, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was employed by the Meridian Public School District.
Survivors include her husband, Eric Daniel, of LaGrange, Ga.; two daughters, Erica and Krystin Daniel, of Meridian; her parents, Frank and Gloria Dancy, of Meridian; a brother, Marcus Dancy, of Meridian; and a sister, Keeandra Dancy, of Meridian.
Visitation will be held today from 7 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church.

MORTON Services for Paul McLemore were held Monday at 10 a.m. at Ott and Lee Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ricky Watkins officiating. Burial was in Hodge Hill Cemetery in Morton.
Mr. McLemore, 75, of Morton, died Friday, Aug. 23, 2002, at Scott Regional Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine McLemore of Morton; a daughter, Mary Sue Roberson of Morton; sons, Michael Lee McLemore of Meridian and Paul Ray McLemore of Morton; six sisters, Edna McBride of Dallas, Ora Lee McBride, Birdie Alford, Geraldine Cook and Mary Thompson, all of Morton; and Katie M. Sanderford of Waco,Texas; three brothers, Clyde McLemore and Lewis McLemore, both of Morton and Bobby Ray McLemore of Dallas; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Jerry Turner will be held today at 11 a.m. at East Philadelphia Baptist Church with the Revs. Dwight Faulkenbery and Mark Cloys officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Cemetery in Philadelphia with McClain-Hays Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Turner, 71, of Helena, Ala., died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2002, in her home. She was a native of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of Philadelphia. She had lived in Helena, Ala. for the past year. She worked as a bookkeeper for several years in the family business, Turner Hardware in Philadelphia. She was a member of East Philadelphia Baptist Church and was a member of the WMU.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Turner of Helena; daughters, Jane Bishop of Pelham, Ala. and Dana Turner of Nashville,Tenn.; sons, Mike Turner of Englewood,Colo., and Bill Turner of Nashville, Tenn.; grandchildren, Briana Bishop, Michael Bishop, Andrew Bishop and Hannah Turner; and one brother, Billy Strum of Columbia.
Memorials may be made to East Philadelphia Baptist Church, Alabama Hospice Organization Odyssey Health Care, 2100B Southbridge Parkway Suite 250, Birmingham, Ala. 35209 in memory of Geraldine Turner or a favorite charity.
JOAN IRENE DAVIS
Services for Joan Irene Davis will be held today at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sephus Garrett officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Davis, 68, of Quitman, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2002, at Riley Hospital.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Turnage, of Quitman, and Lillian Mosier, of Tampa, Fla.; a son, Milo Covington, of Paris, Tenn.; six grandchildren, Christie Davis, Jeremy Turnage, Derrick Turnage, Jennifer Dawn Covington, Michelle Mosier and Ricky Mosier; five great-grandchildren, Joshua Ital, Michael Joyner, Shanea Garrett, Jacob Davis and Sarah Kate Davis; four sisters, Gloria Harriss, of New Berry, Fla., Glenna Hancroft, Darlene White and Edith Davis, all of New York; and two brothers, Jim White and Dan White, both of New York; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Billy Wilson Jr., Jim Davis, Milo Covington, Christie Davis, Derrick Turnage and Jeremy Turnage.
