WESTON B. FANT

Services for Weston B. Fant will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Hubert Rutherford officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Fant, 86, of Meridian, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Lorene Fant of Meridian, a daughter, Marjorie Sims of Meridian; a son, Wayne Fant, and his wife, Julia, of Ashville, Ala.; six grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
LUE B. MCGOWAN
Retired
Services for Lue B. McGowan will be held Saturday at noon at Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church with the Rev. Eddie Jones officiating. The Rev. Eddie Trotter is the pastor of the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Enterprise Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. McGowan, 95, of Pachuta died Sunday, July 28, 2002, at Heartfelt Hospice. She was retired.
Survivors include two brothers, Andrew Robinson of Pittsburgh and L.G. Robinson of Rankin, Pa.; and two sisters, Conella Bender of Pachuta and Naomia L. Bender of Meridian.
Visitation will be Saturday at the church an hour prior to the service.
LULA LUCILLE MOODY
Former garment factory worker
BROOKHAVEN Services for Lula Lucille Moody will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church in DeSoto with burial to be in New Hope Cemetery in DeSoto. Tyler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Moody, 72, of Hattiesburg, died Sunday, July 28, 2002, at Bedford Care Center in Hattiesburg.
Survivors include her brothers, Herbert Moody Jr. of Shubuta, George W. Moody of Hattiesburg, Odell Moody of Vossburg and Ollie Moody of Meridian; sisters, Fronie Moody Qualls of Bogue Chitto and Ardell Moody of North Hills, Calif.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Charlie and Oliver Moody.
Visitation will be today 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
SADIE KATHERINE SIKES LEWIS
GILBERTOWN, Ala. Services for Sadie Katherine Sikes Lewis will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Heritage Church of God. Burial will be in Gilbertown Cemetery.
Mrs. Lewis, 81, of Gilbertown, died Wednesday, July 31, 2002, at Washington County Infirmary.
Survivors include her husband, Sam Alman Lewis of Gilbertown; sons, Clatis Lewis of Mobile, the Rev. Clovis Lewis of Gilbertown, Dean Lewis of Silas, Ala., and Rush Lewis of Gilbertown; a daughter, Melba L. Austin of Chattanooga,Tenn.; brothers George W. Sikes, Raymond W. Sikes and Lavern Sikes, all of Mobile, Ala.; sisters Idell S. Taylor and Anell Graham, both of Gilbertown, Rush Ash of Citronelle, Ala., Jewel Gibson of Orange Beach, Ala., and Faye Tiffny of Orlando; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday from noon-2 p.m. at the church.
PAT CREEKMORE

Services for Pat Creekmore will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Oakland Heights United Methodist Church with the Revs. Sally Fran Ross and John Kramer officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Creekmore, 70, of Meridian, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at Heartfelt Hospice. She was retired from Sears. She was a member of Oakland Heights United Methodist Church and was very active in the church.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Earl Creekmore of Meridian; a brother, Paul Fulton of Preston; an aunt, Ina Carmichael, and her husband, Robert, of Meridian; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Jeannie McKee; and her parents, Mr. Jeff and Mrs. Stuart Fulton.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.n8 p.m. at the funeral him and at the church 30 minutes prior to the service Saturday.
Pallbearers will be Charles Luse, Buddy Massey, Andy Creekmore, Chris Creekmore, Ricky Fulton and Calvin Fulton.

NEWTON Arrangements for Mary S. Emmons were incomplete Thursday. James F. Webb Funeral Home of Newton is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Emmons, 87, of Newton, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at Newton Regional Hospital.
