NEW CAROUSEL HORSE "Spirit of the Vine," the 27th carousel horse in the Around Town Carousels Abound public art project, was unveiled at 10:30 a.m. today. The horse is at Edna's Supermart Package Store, 4820 Poplar Springs Drive; it was designed by Teri Smith, who placed names of family and friends on the pole.
