Thompson, Rhodus

Mickey and Pam Thompson of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Tori Michelle, to Christopher Ford Rhodus, son of Bobby and Gail Rhodus of Magnolia.
The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 3, 2002, at 2 p.m. at Ash-Leah Manor in Hattiesburg.
Miss Thompson is the granddaughter of Rush and Ann Shumate of Meridian, and Chester and Margie Smith of Collinsville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School and received a degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Southern Mississippi.
While attending USM, her activities included the Student Dietetic Association and the Baptist Student Union. She is currently a graduate student at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Mr. Rhodus is the grandson of Wilda Rhodus and the late Eugene Rhodus, and the late Buford and Irma Lee Cutrer, all of Magnolia.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Parklane Academy and received a degree in management information systems from the University of Southern Mississippi.
He is employed by the Mississippi Development Authority in Jackson.
A reception will be held at Ash-Leah Manor following the ceremony.
