Boil water noticed issued for DeKalb

DEKALB The Kipling Water Association in DeKalb issued a boil water notice today for residents of its No. 1 system north of Kipling Road and along Fire Tower Road.
Dixon said concerns grew about the safety of the water after a power outage during the weekend. The power outage weakened the water pressure in the water lines, he said.
