Josephine Heblon and Melvin Carter, both of Meridian, were married in an afternoon ceremony on Friday, May 10, 2002, at the Christian Fellowship Church with the Rev. Sephus Garrett officiating.
After a brief honeymoon, the couple resides in Meridian.
