ROLLING THUNDER Area bikers Marion Knost, left, of Meridian, Mike Tvarkunas of Little Rock, Gary Jones of Philadelphia and Johnny Cooper of Russell wait to join about 200 "Run for the Wall" bikers at the Lost Gap overpass Monday afternoon.

By Staff
The 15th annual Rolling Thunder group motorcycle ride will end in Washington to raise awareness for prisoners of war and those missing in action. Some bikers came from California and were on their 11th day of driving when they arrived in Meridian.
About 500,000 bikers made it Washington on Memorial Day last year.
