50th anniversary
James and Ina Jewel Davidson will be honored with a reception celebrating their Golden Anniversary Sunday, May 5, 2002, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at Midway Baptist Church, 4579 Old Eighth Street Rd. in Meridian. The reception will be hosted by their children, Rose Marie McLaughlin, Alan Davidson and Penny Kimrey. Family and friends are invited to attend. The couple requests no gifts.
60th anniversary
Dave and Eva Tuno will celebrate 60 years of marriage on May 4, 2002. They are the parents of a daughter, Charlotte and one grandson, Nathan Tuno of California. They have three great-grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua and Sarah Elizabeth Daugherty, all of California. The couple also has two sons that preceded them in death.
