The East Central Community College Warriors fell to 9-24 and lost their 11th straight baseball game with Monday's 4-3 loss to East Mississippi for the Judge's Cup at Scooba.
East Mississippi improved to 12-25 with the win and took the year's series from the Warriors three games to one.
With eight games remaining, the Warriors are well on the way to their worst season since the 1987 team went 3-29 the year prior to Jamie Clark's arrival at Decatur. Clark's first team went 17-25 in 1988.
Meridian Community College fell to 16-22 in losing two of its three games to Delgado Community College last weekend in New Orleans.
