NEW HORSE "Horse Cents," the latest carousel horse in the "Around Town Carousels Abound" public art project, will be unveiled at 3:30 p.m. today at BankPlus on North Hills Street. "Horse Cents" is sponsored by the bank and decorated by the Meridian Community College Art Student League.
