GRADY WILLIS
SEBASTOPOL Services for Grady Willis will be held today at 11 a.m. at Bogue Chitto Facility Building with the Rev. Doby Henry officiating. Burial will be in I Sleep Cemetery in Philadelphia with Milling Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Willis, 67, of Philadelphia, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2001, in his home.
Survivors include two daughters, Charlene Billie of Antioch, Tenn., and Angela Stephens of Philadelphia; three sons, Roy Gene Willis, Roy Reed Willis and Junie Roy Willis, a half-sister, Ary Willis, two half-brothers, David Willis and John Lee Clemons, all of Philadelphia; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

MACON Services for Mary Brown Vaughn will be held today at 11 a.m. at Brooksville Baptist Church with the Revs. Bill Vaughn and Allen Smith Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Brooksville Cemetery with Cockrell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Vaughn, 69, of Brooksville, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001, at Oktibbeha County Hospital in Starkville.
Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Bill Vaughn of Brooksville; two daughters, Vicky Darlene Vaughn Templeton of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Mary Ellen Vaughn Souder of Mansfield, Ohio; a son, Nealy James Vaughn of Destin, Fla.; a sister, Annie B. Heard of Brooksville; her mother, Mrs. N.J. Brown of Brooksville; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, William V. "Thumper" Vaughn III.
The family requests memorials be made to Bill Vaughn Missionary Ministries, Route 1 Box 218, Brooksville, MS 39739.

GILBERTOWN, Ala. Services for Chester B. Jenkins will be held today at 11 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. B.A. Brown and Capt. Todd Brewer officiating. Burial will be in Mosley Cemetery.
Mr. Jenkins, 79, of Selma, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001, in Selma.
Survivors include his wife, Robbie L. Jenkins of Selma; a son, Wayne Jenkins of Gilbertown; a daughter, Bonnie Carlisle of Citronelle; two stepdaughters, Frankie Bowden of Selma and Patricia Shelby of Wetumpka; three brothers, Clayton Jenkins, Edgar Jenkins and Preston Jenkins, all of Gilbertown.

LOUISVILLE Services for Janie L. Clark will be held today at 2 p.m. at Tilghman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Clark, 73, of Louisville, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jackson.
Survivors include four daughters, Marion Collins, Dianne Anthony and Donna Crowell, all of Louisville, and Georgette Maxwell Harmon of Meridian; three sisters, Vera Hummel of San Francisco, Carolyn Ward of Coldwater and Bobbie Rogers of Louisville; a brother, Ellis Holdiness Jr. of Louisville; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Iva Lee Hester will be held today at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel with the Revs. Dr. Malcolm Lewis and Edward McKeithen officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in the House Community of Neshoba County.
Mrs. Hester, 82, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001, at Neshoba County General Hospital. Mrs. Hester was born and raised in Neshoba County where she made her home in the House Community all of her life. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Ferguson of Ethel; granddaughters, Kathy Kilpatrick of Philadelphia and Carol Nowacki of Sturgis; a grandson, Mark House of Philadelphia; a sister, Fannie Tolbert of Union; three brothers, Charles Goforth and Pat Goforth of Union, and Manuel Goforth of Philadelphia.
Pallbearers will be John Hester, Bob Hester, Hugh McNair, John Goforth, Larry Goforth and Jerry Goforth.

PASCAGOULA Services for George L. Allen Jr. will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church with the Rev. John Gibson officiating. A Masonic graveside service will follow at Jackson County Memorial Gardens. O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Allen, 85, of Pascagoula, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001, in Pascagoula. He was born Jan. 7, 1916, in Paris, Tenn. He retired after 20 years at Ingalls Shipbuilding. He was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula, the Masonic Lodge in Atkins, S.C., and the Hamasa Temple in Meridian, where he served as a Pass Potante in 1967.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Virginia Ruth Allen of Pascagoula; a stepdaughter, Caroline B. Mills of St. Michaels, Md.; two sisters, Sue Wood and Dorothy Harder, both of Coral Gables, Fla.; two nieces and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by a stepson, Daniel L. Baker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula or Trinity Hospice.
Pallbearers will be members of Masonic Lodge in Pascagoula.
Honorary pallbearers will be David Sebastin, Will Warren, Bob Blackman, John Fletcher, Henry Havens, Larry Plumlee and James Holder.
Visitation will be Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the church.

QUITMAN Graveside services for Erma Lee Shirley will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Snell Church of God Cemetery with the Rev. Cletius Roberts officiating. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Shirley, 89, of Meridian, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2001, in her home.
Survivors include two sons, Lyle Kendall Shirley and Hiram Wade Shirley and a daughter, Deloriese Davidson, all of Meridian; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle B. Shirley; and a daughter, Irma Onita Shirley.
Visitation will be today beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

NEWTON Services for LaNeil Chesney will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery.
Mrs. Chesney, 77, of Euless, Texas, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2001, at Harris Methodist Hospital in Bedford, Texas. She was a native of Decatur.
Survivors include a daughter, Jan Chesney of Euless; two sons, Pete Chesney and his wife, Ann, of Oklahoma City and Andy Chesney and his wife, Debi, of Euless; seven grandchildren, Jon Massey, Jana Kirksey, Amber Massey, Lauren Chesney, Cole Chesney, John Robert Heilman and Holly Haven; four great-grandchildren, Melanie Kirksey, Emma Kirksey, Brittany Blythe and Leigh Haven.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.A. and Clemmie Coursey; and her husband, Dalton Chesney.
Visitation will be Wednesday after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. White, 91, of Meridian, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2001, at Riley Nursing Center.
