Gunter, Lovorn

Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Gunter of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Carrie McCuen, to John T. Lovorn Jr., son of John and Lynn Lovorn of Jackson and Meridian.
The wedding will be held Friday, Dec. 28, 2001, at 7 p.m. at Cathedral Assembly of God.
Miss Gunter is the granddaughter of Betty McRae of Waynesboro and Carolyn Gunter of Kosciusko.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Clarkdale High School and is currently attending the Meridian Community College School of Nursing.
Mr. Lovorn is the grandson of Rena Harmon and Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Dean, all of Meridian.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Clarkdale High School. He a member of the U.S. Marine Corps.
A reception will be held at the church following the ceremony.
