Butler urges caution handling suspicious letters

The director of the Lauderdale County Emergency Management Agency said Monday that people should handle letters or packages with latex gloves if they think they may be contaminated.
Clarence Butler told Lauderdale County supervisors that extra precautions could include spraying letters or packages with a solution that includes 10 parts water and one part bleach.
