JACKSON Representatives from Millsaps College in Jackson will visit Union Station in Meridian on Nov. 18 to meet with area alumni, parents and high school students.
The special question-and-answer session will take place at 2:30 p.m., is free and is open to the public.
The program will include a casual alumni reception, which will offer Meridian area graduates a chance to meet Millsaps President Frances Lucas-Tauchar, network with fellow alumni and learn about events and future plans for the Jackson college.
The question-and-answer session will give high school juniors and seniors a chance to talk with the Millsaps admissions staff, faculty and students.
They will discuss specific academic and extracurricular programs, talk about the admissions process and answer questions about scholarship applications and other financial aid.
Parents and students interested in Millsaps are encouraged to attend. For more information, call the Admissions Office at (601) 974-1000 or 1-800-352-1050.
