Kemper County Chamber plans annual dinner

DeKALB The Kemper County Chamber of Commerce will hold its 17th annual dinner Monday at the Timberview Lodge, just south of Scooba.
The "Citizen of the Year" and "John C. Stennis Award of Merit" will be presented. Terry Kemp, a senior manager for customer service economic development for Tennessee Valley Authority, will be the featured speaker.
Registration begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7. Tickets are $10. For more information, call 601-743-2754.
