OBITUARIES FOR SUNDAY, NOV. 4, 2001

Services for Thomas "Tommy" Earl Lewis were held Saturday, Nov. 3, 2001, at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church at 3 p.m. with the Revs. Kenneth Ray Owen and Ray Daniel officiating. Wright's Funeral Home of Quitman was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Lewis, 53, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001, at Heartfelt Hospice. He was a veteran of Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife, Dian Lewis of Enterprise; his son, Johnny Irby and his wife, April, of Pachuta; two daughters, Lynn Dickerson and her husband, Billy, and Jessica Irby, all of Enterprise; three brothers, Leonard Lewis and his wife, Mary Francis, Preston Lewis and his wife, Mazie, and James H. Lewis, and his wife, Shirley, all of Rose Hill; four sisters, Emma Hammrick of Stonewall; Martha Jane Welborn and her husband, Johnny, of Quitman; Christine Owen and her husband, Ray, of Enterprise; and Wanda Sue Morris, and her husband, J.B. of Laurel; seven grandchildren, Meagan Irby, Matt Irby, Mindy Sullivan, Daniel Dickerson, Cody Dickerson, Summer Irby and Brooke Irby.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lelia Lewis and James Henry Lewis, Sr.; his brother, Carl Lewis; and two sisters, Dorothy Ray Lewis and Lelia Ruth Lewis.
Pallbearers were James Johnson, Carl Smith, Timmy Lewis, Juston Lewis, Jeffery Morris and Joe Owen. Honorary Pallbearers were his grandsons, Matt Irby, Daniel Dickerson and Cody Dickerson.

Butler, Ala Services for Judy Williams Wright will be held today Bumpers Funeral Home Chapel in Butler, Ala. at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John Lucky officiating. Burial will be in Bogaloosa Cemetery with the funeral home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wright, 56, of Butler, died Thursday Nov. 1, 2001, at Riley Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Herschel Wright, and her son, David M. Anderson, both of Butler; three daughters, Michelle Hare of Gilbertown, Ala; Kim James of Butler; and Jackie Clearman of Enterprise; three brothers, Junior and Nelson Williams of Fruitdale, Ala.; and Ray Hutchius of Michigan; two sisters, Ann Brown of Fruitdale and Faye Platt of State Line; and eight grandchildren.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Marvin Ellingburg will be held today at 2 p.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Barnett officiating. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery with McCLain-Hayes Funeral Home Services, Inc. of Philadelphia in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Ellingburg, 61, of Philadelphia, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2001 at Neshoba County General Hospital of Philadelphia. He was a disabled service station attendant.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Ellingburg of Philadelphia; three daughters, Juanita Havard of Morton; Vicky Ferguson and Kandy Smith, both of Philadelphia; two sons, Scott Ellingburg of Morton; and Greg Ellingburg of Philadelphia; his mother, Myrtle Ellingburg and Aline Jolly, both of Philadelphia; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Ellingburg.
