Manpower's Meridian office has chosen Daniel Samora "Star Employee" as a part of National Staffing Employee Week a celebration observed Oct. 15-21 by more than 1,000 Manpower offices nationwide.
Sponsored by the American Staffing Association, this week pays tribute to nearly 2.5 million supplemental employees, also know as "temps."
Samora has been a Manpower employee since January, and is currently on assignment with Saunders Manufacturing. His supervisors say he brings extraordinary customer service to all his assignments.
David Pierce, warehouse manager at Saunders Manufacturing, agrees.
Sloan said people choose to work for Manpower because of its employment philosophy.
The company's industry-specific testing is designed to understand each employee's capabilities, and assure the best match for each worker.
Manpower is a leader in the staffing industry, providing workforce management services through more than 3,700 offices in 59 countries. The Meridian office assigns about 950 employees each year, and works with more than 50 customers. For more information, visit www.us.manpower.com.
