The Clarkdale Bulldogs stand at 2-3 overall after last week's 28-14 loss to McLaurin.
Friday night, the Bulldogs will be traveling to South Leake for their first division game of the year.
Clarkdale sits in a tough Division 5-2A with the likes of powerhouses Newton and this week's South Leake.
With a win Friday night and one more district win the Bulldogs will most likely clench a playoff berth.
That said South Leake will present a real challenge for the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs will be playing without standout running back Marcus Hood after a separated shoulder in last week's game that could keep him out for the rest of the season.
